Questions

What is a PGN?

PGN is the standard text format for a chess game: the players and event in square brackets, then the moves. Every major chess site exports it.

Where do the move times come from?

From the clock readings some PGNs carry in curly brackets after each move, such as [%clk 0:09:41]. A move's time is how far its player's clock fell since their last move, allowing for any increment. A PGN without clocks has no times.

Can it tell me which moves were mistakes?

Not here: this only replays the game. The game review grades every move with an engine and shows where the game turned.
